LCA Transfer Form (Stage 2)

Thank you for completing the Enrolment Form Stage 1. 

By completing this form you are confirming your decision to accept a place in Carrick-on-Shannon Community School for the academic year 2022/2023. Once this form is completed, we will register your child on the Department of Education's database for the next school year. You must not complete this form unless you have received an offer of aplace in Carrick-on-Shannon C.S.

This form must be fully completed in (including presenting all supporting documentation, where relevant, at the school) in order for the enrolment process to be completed. There are a number of pages to this form. please complete them in one sitting.

Please send two passport photographs to the school (signed by the student) on completion of this form. This is a legal requirement.

Craft Classes (Needle Felting)

Leaving Certificate Polish

Post-Primary Languages Ireland, a dedicated unit of the Department of Education, is organising an information session on the Polish Leaving Certificate specification, portfolio, and sample papers. It aims to help students and parents to become familiar with the curriculum and identify suitable supports for the study, mostly for those who do not have access to the classes in school.

The information session will take place on 27th of February 2024, at 7 p.m. and will be hosted online.
